Well, I started a day late. It's okay one year from now will be July 6th, 2012. It will be a crazy year, but I am excited. I worked out this morning for the first time and a long time. I burned 268 calories. Last night, I joined a diet website that has a good rep. I am headed down the right path. I am ready to start my JC part of JC and me. I have to get a shower and something to eat, and head to work! The year of me, has started!
