Day 6

I weighed in today after 5 days on my diet and exercise.  I have lost 4 pounds in five days so that is pretty good.  I think I am headed on the right track.  I just need to stay positive.  Yesterday I walked to Food Lion which took me about an hour.  That was pretty cool.  It was a nice tempature.  I am gonna eat breakfast and head to work.  Have a good day!
