I was going good today until this afternoon and now I am dead tired. I hope to feel ten times better tomorrow because if I don't then it will be a long day and night. I will sleep in and see how I feel in the morning. I haven't worked out much this weekend and I have just had to accept the fact that it is not going to be a lose weight week when I step on the scale Monday. Oh well, I can't help how my body feels these days!
