Day 1

Today was day 1 of my 49 day challenge.  I started off weighing myself in this morning and getting set for my 13 pounds that I plan to drop.  I walked to work and back home again which in total is about 5 miles.  I ate well today with yogurt in the morning and after going to a cookout for my buddy, Glen's 21st birthday, I escaped having only eaten 1 hotdog!  I was very proud of myself. 

I kept track of all of my food and am really tired so I think I will get a good nights sleep!  I am looking forward to walking and we have basketball tomorrow night!  Gonna be awesome!
